1. Electrical Licensing Notice

Spokane EV Charging Specialists is a certified, licensed Washington 01 Electrical Contractor (WA License #EC-SPOKEV*821JA). We perform direct electrical contracting services. We are not an aggregator, broker, or directory. All physical installations and panel work are executed by licensed Washington electricians.

2. Utility Rebate Notice (Avista Utilities Schedule 77)

References to the $1,000 Avista EV Charging Rebate (Electric Tariff Schedule 77) describe public utility incentive programs available to eligible residential customers. Spokane EV Charging Specialists provides certified installation and contractor invoice paperwork but does not control utility rebate approvals, funding cycles, or changes in utility rebate terms.

3. Safety & Code Compliance

EV charging stations are continuous heavy electrical loads operating under National Electrical Code (NEC Article 625). Performing unpermitted electrical work or attempting DIY 240V installations poses severe electrical fire and shock hazards and may void homeowner insurance policies. All installations must be inspected and signed off by the local building department.
